As a Product Owner in a team of senior engineers, you’ll be responsible for driving the future cloud container platform that enables scalable, secure, and modern workloads across the organization.

Your impact: From roadmap to real-world execution

You’ll own and prioritize a suite of internal tech products with a clear purpose: to deliver the foundational platform for Bankdata’s cloud-enabled workload. You’ll collaborate with architects and developers to remove blockers, reduce complexity, and create a clear path forward – always aligned with our tech strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Drive the delivery of a robust container platform supporting developers’ flow
• Shape and maintain a clear product roadmap for the team
• Secure governance, patching, and operational readiness of all products
• Translate needs into structured epics and actionable user stories
• Keep the team focused and priorities sharp
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies across the organization

What success looks like in your first 6–12 months

Your key deliverable:

✅ You’ve established the future cloud container platform for Bankdata’s developers – and it’s actively being adopted.

In addition:

• You’ve created visibility and structure around product ownership
• You’ve reduced complexity and ensured operational readiness
• You’re collaborating closely with Monitoring & Observability and Developer Experience teams
• You’ve built a shared understanding of direction and value across stakeholders
• Cloud enablement is no longer a goal – it’s a product

Your team: Senior engineers with deep domain knowledge

You’ll join a tight-knit team of 10 experienced developers based primarily in Fredericia. The team brings deep technical insight and a collaborative mindset. While flexible work is supported, close in-person collaboration across Fredericia, Silkeborg and Aarhus is a part of the rhythm.

Your profile: Technically grounded, product-driven

You thrive in complex, technical environments where direction matters. You:

• Have a platform as a product mindset with 3+ years of experience in agile teams
• Understand containerized, cloud-native infrastructure
• Have experience with scalable platforms by Infrastructure-as-Code
• Can turn strategy into real, prioritizable work
• Communicate clearly across both tech and business stakeholders
• Hold a relevant degree in software engineering, IT or similar
